Sanctuary of the Arts and the Inter-American Choreographic Institute present the 3rd Summer Intensive Choreographic program, expanded and more intense.

The summer program is not just a summer course for dancers, it explores perceptions of dance and choreographic movements. The final performance will be partly choreographed by the participants themselves and will be presented to a panel of teachers and directors of international dance companies.
Participants will be able to work with and learn from dance professionals and directors from all over the world.

The program is intended for intermediate, advanced, and semi professional dancers ages 15-30.
A semi-intensive course for students ages 7-14.

The students that participate in the Summer Dance Kids program will be pedagogically prepared for all variations of dance. In contrast to other dance summer camps, students ages will be able to learn and practice a variety of dance modalities such as Ballet, Jazz, Choreographic Composition and Acro- dance with the objective of technical improvement, while also having fun.

The students will also learn how to perform in a theater and all the aspects that come with it such as the roles that audio, lighting, and backstage play as well as theater etiquette. The program is designed for students of all levels and backgrounds and is offered at an affordable cost for all students to participate. The students will also be taught in two languages, English and Spanish, to allow for an exchange of knowledge between teachers and students and give the opportunity to broaden the students’ horizons and open them up to new languages and cultures.

At the end of the course, the students will have a final performance and will receive certificates of completion.
Internationally recognized and awarded pedagogy Alice Arja presides over a select group of preprofessional career oriented dancers. The focus of our program is to prepare the students to audition for admission into professional dance companies or professional training schools in the United States or Europe.
This prestigious program also helps our dancers qualify to enter world-renowned competitions. We are overjoyed to share that 100% of our dancers have received multiple offers to join distinguished companies around the globe.

Registrants will have the opportunity to work with various national and international choreographers who will be creating and workshopping new repertoire. Registrants will be required to partake in warm up, rehearsals, and public showings of the work multiple times a month.

3th PEDAGOGICAL SEMINAR IN DANCE
BRAZIL - 2025
Our objective was to create the Dance Pedagogical Seminar as a Platform to establish conversations between professionals and dance teachers to share through debates and courses the shortcomings that each teacher has to experience in their country, once the problem is identified, look for solutions. , resources or ideas at a national and international level; All this will benefit our students.
The pedagogical content of any dance program that wishes to prepare students for professional careers must have an interesting curriculum, marked by a complete preparation, not only of physical and technical skills but also a wide variety of modalities (classical/neoclassical ballet, contemporary, jazz, folklore, modern, pas de deux, etc.). Nor should we forget motor development, musicality and scenic expression.
